Freddie has stayed at Pussy Willows a number of times and every time he has been very well looked after. The pens are spacious and well equipped and he settles in quickly. The staff are extremely friendly, clearly love cats and are happy to help with any queries. The cattery is in a lovely, peaceful, rural location and I feel safe and happy leaving Freddie there, whether for a long weekend or a longer period. Thank you for looking after Freddie so well!

Thank you for looking after Pippa so well. I was a little apprehensive about leaving her in a cattery for the first time, but I was reassured after visiting Pussy Willows. The pens are much more spacious than other catteries I visited and well equipped to keep the cats stimulated. Most of all, I was pleased that she was being looked after by caring staff and that her individual needs would be catered for. When I went to collect her, she seemed very happy and content. I will most definitely be using Pussy Willows when I go away next time.

I have 3 elderly cats that require special attention.

I have been boarding them once or twice a year for about 4 years now and have always been pleased with the treatment they get. I never worry about them when I am on holiday as I know they get cuddles and a lot of love just the same as at home. They are warm as toast in the little rooms but can get out through the flap for fresh air and to use the litter tray. Beautiful pens and very clean.

Oscar stayed with you for just over a week earlier this month. Just before we arrived he had a little accident in his pet carrier and we were quite embarrassed when we got out the car! but you were marvelous and sorted him out for us.

We were very pleased with the accomodation, cleanliness and friendlyness at Pussy Willows. Oscar was relaxed when we collected him, and we certainly hope to use your serviced again.

Holly and Sky my two rag doll cats have been boarding with you together in one pen when we go away for about 8 years. The pens are immaculately clean and I know they get well cared for whilst we are away. You always take note of dietary needs and sometimes they even get groomed ( a big job with rag dolls!).

Bill & Chris have looked after several cats for us over many years. The fact that we have never considered going anywhere else is testimonial in itself. Mischa, then Tabitha & now Lucy have always been extremely well looked after and as long as we need a safe & happy home for our cats when we are away, we can always be sure Bill & Chris will take good care of them.

We would just like to say how grateful we are for the way you looked after Molly while we were away. With her Arthritis and Thyroid problems she needs great care and it was easy to see that she received more than that while she was with you, she looked very well when we came to pick her up. Even though Pussy Willows is a business it is very obvious that you yourselves get a great deal out of looking after your guests. If Molly could talk I am sure she would send you her heartfelt thanks but she is busy ruling the roost once more here.
